Convenient location, within a 15-minute walk to a beautiful beach and just 10 minutes away from the bus station. Everything was very clean, and there are plenty of great restaurant options nearby, including some lovely spots for breakfast. 🏖️

It had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and air conditioning, good room. Having a bath was great. The view on courtyard was spectacular.

Villa Boro 3 was incredible value for money, with a modern and well-equipped room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main promenade and with stunning views over the bay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been better, with a limited selection that could use some improvement.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a complementary drink upon arrival. The location was convenient, with just a short walk down to the main strip. The views were stunning, and the pool area provided a relaxing spot to unwind. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the uphill walk from the beach and limited pool hours, I highly recommend Villa Boro 3. it was a great value and I would definitely stay here again.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the broken shower head and low water pressure, the room was still comfortable and had a nice view. The cleaning service could have been better, as the towels were not properly exchanged and some used items were not cleaned.

I always return here for a reason. The staff once helped return my lost documents. Villa Boro 3 has all I need: Wi-Fi, car park, dryer, kettle, AC, airport shuttle. No pets, non-smoking. Perfect for romantic escapes. Never regret.

The entire area of Lapad was spotless and friendly, with an abundance of dining options and a beautiful boardwalk leading to the sea. Though there were stairs leading up to the villa, it was well worth the effort for the breathtaking views. we can't recommend this resort and accommodation enough. The owners were genuinely nice and helpful, the room size was generous, and there was even enough space to hang our clothes. The location was ideal for exploring, with easy access to both Old Town and the beach. The on-site pool was excellent, and the daily cleaning service was impeccable. While there was no breakfast provided, the nearby options were fantastic. The only slight downside was the number of steps to reach certain activities, but it wasn't a deal breaker as the overall experience more than made up for it. We were truly blown away by our stay and can't wait to return.
